Moiseus Capital Corp (“Moiseus,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what we do — and, more to the point, what we do not do — with information relating to people who visit it.
We do not collect personal information through this website
This site is a publication. There are no forms, no accounts, no logins for visitors and no newsletter sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal detail in order to read anything here.
We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking
This website does not place cookies on your device and does not use analytics services, advertising pixels, session-recording tools or similar tracking technologies. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not know who you are when you read a page. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before it does, and any cookies that are not strictly necessary will be used only with consent where the law requires it.
The only cookies this site is capable of setting are the strictly necessary ones our publishing and security software use to keep our own staff signed in to the administrative area. They are never set for visitors.
Technical logs
Like effectively every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs, and it runs security software that records request data in order to block malicious traffic. These records can include an IP address, the time of a request, the page requested and the browser used. We do not use this information to identify individuals or for marketing, and we do not combine it with anything else.
If you write to us
If you contact us at [email protected], we will have your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use that solely to read and reply, and we keep the correspondence as business records. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We do not sell personal information
We have never sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have no business model that would involve doing so.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party websites — news outlets, event organisers and similar. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy practices, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.
Children
This site is aimed at business and professional readers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information a business holds about you, or to object to its use. Because we hold essentially nothing beyond any email you have sent us, most such requests are straightforward. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Material changes — in particular, ever introducing cookies, analytics or a sign-up form — will be described rather than slipped in.
